Come celebrate National Nutrition Month 2018 with us!
Join us at our 3rd Weds of the month tasting at the Grand River Cafe. Each month in 2018 at the cafe, we will be featuring a new nutrition topic with free samples, demos, and educational sessions for you to learn and taste.
This month the café will be featuring a balanced meal including all five food groups (vegetables, fruits, protein, grains, and dairy). If you select items from each of the food groups you will receive the meal at a discounted price. From 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, a Changing Lifestyles Dietitian will be in the café to promote the meal and the importance of a balanced plate.
