Meals on Wheels

Grand River Health has proudly operated the Meals on Wheels program since 1976 and with your help we can ensure this program keeps offering low-cost and free meals to the local citizens who need them. Grand River Meals on Wheels just received its biggest grant to date from the Subaru Share the Love Event Revenue Share Grant through Meals on Wheels America. These monies ($20,587) will pay for almost 4,000 meals on wheels in western Garfield County. Thank you Subaru and MOWA! We continue to provide Grand River meals on Wheels services to meet the needs of the growing homebound and elderly clients especially during the time of economic uncertainty. Our meals on wheels have increased by 30% delivering over 17,000 meals! If you would like to donate to this organization please give Kaaren Peck a call at 970-625-6423
