Join Changing Lifestyles at Grand River Health and their Baby and Me Group on Wednesdays at 10 am. Caregivers of babies of all ages and feeding methods are welcome. There is no cost to attend the group and no need to sign up.

Add some resources to your parenting toolbox and build relationships with other families. Need some breastfeeding help? Come chat with a lactation consultant. A baby scale is also available for use.
