DESCRIPTION:Join Changing Lifestyles at Grand River Health and their Baby and Me Group every Wednesday at 10 a.m. Caregivers of babies of all ages and feeding methods are welcome. There is no cost to attend the group and no need to sign up. \nAdd some resources to your parenting toolbox and build relationships with other families. Need some breastfeeding help? Come chat with a lactation consultant. A baby scale is also available for use.

DESCRIPTION:A bleeding injury can happen anywhere. We’ve all seen it happen too often – on the news or in everyday life. Someone who is severely bleeding can bleed to death in as little as 5 minutes. Instead of being a witness\, you can become an immediate responder and help save a life. \nMay is Stop the Bleed Month! We are hosting two Stop the Bleed classes each Friday in May 2026. Anyone is welcome to come. The classes are free and are offered at the following dates and times: \nMay 1st 9am – 10am\nMay 1st 2pm – 3pm \nMay 8th 8:30am – 9:30am\nMay 8th 2pm – 3pm \nMay 15th 8:30am – 9:30am\nMay 15th 2pm – 3pm \nMay 29th 9am – 10am\nMay 29th 2am – 3pm \nTo reserve your spot call 970.440.4265 or email Layla Stone \nClasses are capped to 10 and participants will receive a certificate.
