DESCRIPTION:Grand River Health offers on-going grief support for individuals who are dealing with the loss of a loved one. We offer a way to connect those who are going through common challenges. The Grief Support Group is free to anyone who is dealing with grief in their life. \nThe Grief Support Group\, led by Justine Cipriano\, LPCC\, meets in the Meadow Lake Conference Room in the Grand River Health Conference Center (Rifle). DESCRIPTION:A bleeding injury can happen anywhere. We’ve all seen it happen too often – on the news or in everyday life. Someone who is severely bleeding can bleed to death in as little as 5 minutes. Instead of being a witness\, you can become an immediate responder and help save a life. \nMay is Stop the Bleed Month! We are hosting two Stop the Bleed classes each Friday in May 2026. Anyone is welcome to come. The classes are free and are offered at the following dates and times: \nMay 1st 9am – 10am\nMay 1st 2pm – 3pm \nMay 8th 8:30am – 9:30am\nMay 8th 2pm – 3pm \nMay 15th 8:30am – 9:30am\nMay 15th 2pm – 3pm \nMay 29th 9am – 10am\nMay 29th 2am – 3pm \nTo reserve your spot call 970.440.4265 or email Layla Stone \nClasses are capped to 10 and participants will receive a certificate.
