Comprehensive Metabolic Blood Chemistry Panel $45
Includes: Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, CO2, Glucose, BUN, Creatinine, Phosphorous, AST, Bilirubin, Protein, Albumin, Calcium, Lipid Panel (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, and Heart Disease Risk Ratio), Iron Deficiency, Uric Acid, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone
Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) $50
MEN ONLY This screening is recommended for males 40 and older with a family history of prostate cancer, or all males ages 50 to 75. PSA is a blood screening that measures a protein that is only produced by the male prostate gland. Elevations of PSA may occur in men with non-cancerous prostate diseases or prostate cancer. A normal PSA level does not entirely exclude the possibility of prostate cancer. A digital rectal exam (DRE) is strongly encouraged in conjunction with a PSA screening.
Hemoglobin A1c $35
A blood screening that measures your average blood sugar control for the past 2 to 3 months. The results give you a good idea of whether or not you are at risk for diabetes. For people with diabetes it indicates how well your diabetes treatment plan is working.
Blood Count Screening $35
Good for checking for anemia, infections, white and red blood cell count and clotting ability.
Microalbumin $5
A microalbumin urine test is used to detect early signs of kidney damage in people who are at risk of developing kidney disease.
Vitamin B12 $30
Vitamin B12 is important to produce DNA as well as to maintain proper functioning in your nervous system. This is an important vitamin for healthy immune function.
Vitamin D $60
Provides baseline vitamin D levels. Pair with Blood Chemistry test for information on your Calcium levels, which play an important role in bone health.
Colon Cancer Screening Kit $40
This take-home/mail-in kit checks for blood in the stool.
Blood Type $30
Blood test to show what type blood you have.
Diabetic Retinopathy Exam $25
When people with diabetes have high blood sugar levels it can cause damage to blood vessel in the retina. This screening is for people with diabetes.
