The Grand River Health main campus in Rifle, is our largest and features a 24/7 Emergency Room, which is a Level IV Trauma Center, and other services including diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, a surgery center, inpatient medical-surgical unit, therapy services department, an infusion center and more.
