Erin is a dedicated Clinical Social Work Candidate with a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Texas Tech University. Since 2016, Erin has been passionately involved in the social work field, building a diverse and enriching career. After moving to Colorado from New York she moved to the Craig/Steamboat Springs area and then settled in Silt.

Erin’s therapeutic approach is grounded in several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness, Psychoeducation, and Motivational Interviewing. She believes that each client is unique and deserves a tailored approach to their mental health care.

“As a therapist, I believe in the power of creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. My role is to guide and empower them to find their own path to healing and growth,” says Erin. This philosophy underscores her commitment to her clients’ well-being and her dedication to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust and empathy.

Erin appreciates a rural setting for her practice because it gives her a chance to really get to know her clients individually. She looks forward to working as a close-knit team with the other Grand River providers to provide the best overall care for each person she sees. Erin will see patients of all ages and has had clients ranging from 4-94 years old. Erin’s previous experience focused on school social work and providing support for justice-involved individuals.

In her spare time, Erin is an avid reader, enjoys scuba diving, and spending time with her husband and foster child and their two dogs, Chewbacca and Ginny Weasley.

Ms. Wallace is now seeing patients in the Rifle clinic. To make an appointment call 970.625.1100.
