Ms. Spear began her healthcare journey as a Registered Respiratory Therapist before pursuing a career in nursing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Cox College of Nursing in Springfield, MO, and her Registered Nursing (RN) degree from Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff, MO. She later completed her advanced ACNP degree at Chamberlain University in Chicago.
In 2014, Ms. Spear moved to Colorado, where she worked as a Cardiac Catheterization Lab nurse. Her expertise and leadership skills led her to become the Nursing Leadership for both the Cath Lab and the cardiovascular operating room.
With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Ms. Spear is passionate about providing personalized care. “Every patient’s situation is unique, even if two patients have the same diagnosis, what works for one patient may not work for another. I tailor care to the individual,” she shares.
Ms. Spear has a special interest in wound and vascular care, focusing not only on relieving pain but also on identifying and addressing underlying conditions.
A resident of New Castle, Ms. Spear lives with her husband, three children, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys camping, mountain biking, sewing, and singing.
