Hayden grew up in Guide Rock, Nebraska, a small town of 250 people. After spending time as a travelling Physical Therapist he and his wife decided they loved Colorado and moved to Rifle. Growing up on his family farm, he appreciates the rural setting here and the people he gets to know as patients. His goal is for patients to return to their highest function level using scientific inquiry, patient values, and clinical experience so they can return to doing what they love. We will set personalized goals and develop a program so all patients can continue independently. He enjoys connecting personally with each and every patient.
When not working Hayden loves to be outdoors. He enjoys farming, hunting and fishing.
