Quitting tobacco is one of the best things you can do for your health. It can be hard to stop using tobacco, but it’s worth it.
Why You Should Quit Tobacco
Using tobacco is dangerous and can cause serious health problems. Smoking or using tobacco hurts your heart, lungs, and can even cause cancer in places like your mouth and throat. Tobacco also weakens your body, making it easier to get sick. For pregnant women, smoking can harm the baby, causing low birth weight or early birth.
