The Grand River Health Infusion Center offers a relaxing space and compassionate service to promote your healing. Conveniently located in Rifle, Colorado, you no longer need to travel far to receive the intravenous treatments you need.
Preparing for your Visit
We encourage those visiting the Infusion Center to arrive dressed comfortably and bring magazines, books or laptops with them. We will do everything we can to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Infusion has certified chemotherapy/biotherapy nurses to provide you professional services in a calming, inviting environment. There are 6 spacious treatment rooms, all with mountain views.
Our Services
Infusion therapy is the administration of medication through a needle or catheter. A few of the intravenous (IV) therapies we administer include:

NEW! Migraine Relief Clinic
Grand River Health is now offering BOTOX® injections as a treatment option for chronic migraine. This FDA-approved therapy is designed for adults who experience frequent, debilitating headaches and have not found relief with traditional treatments. Patients who have tried at least three preventive medications without success and experience 15 or more headache days per month, at least 8 of which are migraines, may be ideal candidates.
