Every three years Grand River Health conducts an in-depth survey with a broad cross section of community members, called the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This survey provides Grand River Health with vital information on specific health needs in the community.
The needs identified in our last CHNA were identified as:

- Access To Health Care Services
- Cancer
