$10,000 bonus for RNs
$7,500 bonus for LPNs
$5,000 bonus for CNAs
* Sign on bonus is available for full time positions. 25% will be paid at 2 weeks, 25% at 6 months and a 50% after one year.
RNs Promote the physical and mental health of residents by applying nursing processes. This is done as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and has the goal of assisting residents to assume responsibility for their own health. Coordinates and monitors medical services, including medication services, in accord with the requirements of regulatory agencies and in response to individual resident needs. Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
CNAs Provide various direct, quality patient care activities to residents in a long term care environment. Assists patients in dressing or undressing, bathing, eating, etc. Implements specific procedures and programs; coordinates work within the department as well as with other departments. Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor and documents resident interactions as needed. Responds to inquiries or requests for information. Assists immediate supervisor and nurses with tasks to support department operations.
