Molly Damico, MS, CCC-SLP
Molly Damico, MS, CCC-SLP is a Speech-Language Pathologist serving both pediatric and adult patients at Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado. Originally from southeastern Minnesota, Molly earned her bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and her master’s degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. She began her career in Phoenix, providing early intervention home health services, before moving to Rifle in 2021. She joined Grand River Health in 2025 to be closer to home and be part of a close-knit, community-focused healthcare environment.
Molly provides treatment in the areas of speech, language, cognition, adult dysphagia, Modified Barium Swallow Studies, and pediatric feeding. She is a certified and trained provider in:

Her treatment philosophy is to improve patients’ quality of life through evidence-based assessment and intervention, using functional goals and education while collaborating closely with each patient and their support teams.
Outside of work, Molly and her husband are avid anglers and she enjoys gardening, reading, and hiking. She and her husband share their home with their two dogs, River and Bo.
