Janice Mabry, MS, RD, CNSC, CDCES

Janice Mabry has been a registered dietitian for over 20 years, with experience spanning pediatric and adult hospitals, eating disorder treatment centers, skilled nursing facilities, dialysis centers, and durable medical equipment companies. In 2024, she earned her credential as a Diabetes Educator, further expanding her ability to support patients in managing their health. She is especially passionate about teaching individuals how to take control of their diabetes and empowering them to make confident, sustainable lifestyle changes.

While Janice loves her work as a dietitian and diabetes educator, her greatest joy is her family. She is the proud mother of Lauren and Rebecca, wife to Ron, and grandmother to Gina and Margo. Her home is also shared with Charlie, Gigi, and Fifi. She has a special place in her heart for animals, especially chihuahuas.

Outside of work, Janice enjoys staying active through spinning and weightlifting. She also enjoys downhill skiing and hiking. She has a personal goal of becoming the oldest female bodybuilder, because it’s important to always have a dream. In quieter moments, she enjoys reading philosophy and neuroscience, particularly the works of Alfred Adler, Socrates, Anthony DeMello, and Rob Dial.
