My interest in Physical Therapy began following an ankle fracture while in high school. My PT’s helped me return to the field and to multiple state tournament finals and an all-state selection. This time on the field translated into the opportunity to attend Quincy University where I played soccer for the QU Hawks and achieving multiple GLVC honors, as well as making it to the NCAA final four while being in and out of PT for various injuries from concussions to muscle tears. While at Quincy University I earned my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science Pre-Physical Therapy. Following my undergraduate education I worked in an outpatient clinic as a tech and as a strength coach at a gym near Saint Louis, Missouri. My path to earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy brought me out to Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Utah. Following 3 years achieving my doctorate I began travel Physical Therapy with my now wife and fellow PT. Our travels took us all over the Pacific Northwest and brought us to the Rockies and town of Rifle. Being avid outdoor enthusiast and the plethora of activities from rock climbing to skiing to hiking this lovely area has to offer it immediately caught our eye. After, spending 6 months as travelers here at GRHD we decided to call the western slope home.
