Viridiana Estrada, MD

Grand River Health in Rifle announces the addition of Board-Certified Internal Medicine Doctor Viridiana Estrada to the Hospitalist Provider Team.

Dr. Estrada was born in Mexico and was raised in San Antonio, Texas. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio and earned her medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She finished her residency in University of Colorado Denver, after which she moved to the valley.

Since then, she has found fulfillment in practicing medicine in rural hospitals, where she can build strong rapport with her patients and serve close-knit communities. Dr. Estrada views medicine as a collaboration and enjoys empowering patients to have a voice in their care and make informed decisions that align with their values and goals.

Dr. Estrada and her husband live in Glenwood where they enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and kayaking.
