Grand River Health Welcomes Board-Certified Anesthesiologist Seth Kingston, MD to the Anesthesiology Team
Dr. Seth Kingston earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He went on to complete his residency training in anesthesiology in Iowa City and Kansas City, MO, and completed a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
In 2006, Dr. Kingston moved to Colorado where he practiced as not only Chief Anesthesiologist, but also Chief of Surgery, and a Medical Executive Committee member. In 2019, he took time off to travel the world with his family before returning to practice as a locums anesthesiologist in Vail, Boulder, and Basalt.
Dr. Kingston is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and relaxed before surgery, tailoring anesthesia care to meet each individual’s unique needs.
Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and reading. He and his wife, Jill, have four children, along with a lively household of five cats, a rabbit, and six chickens.
