Jeromy Ozaeta, MSW, LSW

Jeromy earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Colorado Mesa University. Originally from Utah, Jeromy lived in New Mexico and Utah before moving to the Western Slope for college. He was introduced to Grand River Health through the recommendation of another GRH counselor and was drawn to the opportunity to serve communities that may not have the same access to mental health services as larger towns.

Jeromy has a special interest in working with children and adults with ADHD. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys woodworking, creating items like sand trays that are used in therapy to help clients tell their stories and process trauma in a safe, creative way.

Jeromy and his wife are the proud parents of two children, a black Lab named Donut, and a cat named Tuffty.
