My experience was grand! I was treated well by everyone I encountered prior to seeing Dr. Allphin, starting with the kind woman at the reception desk, who walked me to the medical area. A nurse on her break in the cafe was very pleasant and so were the receptionists that got me checked in. Dr. Allphin was just finishing up with his last patient, so I got to see him immediately. He is a good listener and I felt he had a clear understanding of my health issues and concerns. He explained something in greater detail that answered my question, whereas other doctors had been very vague about causation. I really appreciate that and his overall very good bedside manner.

Dr. Cala was absolutely amazing! She listened to my concerns and provided top notch service! The way I felt the following day was better than I would have ever expected. She is truly a quality Dr. that provides exemplary service!! Five stars for Dr Cala!!

My PT was extremely beneficial to my injury and helped in my recovery. Julia was amazing at helping me to recover and guiding me in healing my injury. I'm so grateful for her treatment and care over these many months. She is kind, compassionate, and warm and an absolute pleasure to work with. Truly a gem!

I went to the ER last night I had trouble breathing. I received the best care last night at your emergency room. Never received care like that in my life. I just I want to take donuts tonight to the emergency room, the way they treated me last night, they immediately saw to my breathing issue, they immediately scheduled for a follow up. They contacted my pharmacist at VA for follow up. I was just so impressed with that entire staff. God bless them all.

I love how Grand River takes care of their patients, how they explain what is going to happen and what to expect from the visit. The employees there are absolutely wonderful.
