Everyone from the minute I walked in the door was very helpful and welcoming, from the lady that greeted me at the door to the lady at the registration desk and on back to radiology. They explained everything and gave me very specific directions where to go, etc. It was a very good visit.

I went to the ER last night I had trouble breathing. I received the best care last night at your emergency room. Never received care like that in my life. I just I want to take donuts tonight to the emergency room, the way they treated me last night, they immediately saw to my breathing issue, they immediately scheduled for a follow up. They contacted my pharmacist at VA for follow up. I was just so impressed with that entire staff. God bless them all.

I love how Grand River takes care of their patients, how they explain what is going to happen and what to expect from the visit. The employees there are absolutely wonderful.
